NOTE: All of my Player Appearance Grids with Transactions are based off of the OFFICIAL transactions as provided by the Office of the Commissioner to all MLB franchises via the "Office of the Commissioner Official Bulletins" and have been obtained from the Giamatti Research Center at the National Baseball Hall of Fame, and supplemented by research using newspapers.com and other contemporary-at-the-time sources. These Player Appearance Grids with Transactions take many hours of researching.

The three-die code after the home team is the upper-limit of the win range for the home team for that game. Example:
TOR @ BOS (D) 1-3-4
Boston wins on a roll of 1-1-1 through 1-3-4, inclusive. Toronto wins on a roll of 1-3-5 through 6-6-6 inclusive.
Each game is resolved by a single, three-die roll. To determine the winner, roll three die, red, white and green, and read them individually in that order. So, a red two, white four and green one is 2-4-1.
